Deep red colour with ruby-red glints, the first nose is spicy ( pepper ) then we have notes of red fruit which appear with the ventilation. The mouth is silky, elegant with a final note of cherry.
Syrah (80%) and Grenache (20%)
Blend of traditionnal vinification with a fermentative maceration and carbonic maceration.
Anchovy beef, bull steak.
Serve at 16/18°C. Drink now, will express itself fully within 5 years.
