Deep purple colour. Concentrate and elegant nose of cocoa, and then coffee notes. After oxygenation, cherries and black berries notes appear. The mouth is very round and warm.
Merlot 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%
Handpicking. The cabernet Sauvignon comes from old vineyards (30 years) and was vinified traditionnally.
Ideal as an aperitive and also with red meat and cheese.
Serve at 16 à 18°c. Open one hour before drinking. Can be kept for 5 years.
