D’un Soleil à l’Autre Rouge

In the 19h century, we used to say that grape- pickers worked in the vineyards during very long hours (from the rising Sun to the Sunset) which means : D’Un Soleil à l’Autre.
His wine is very elegant and is caracterized by fruity notes ( black cherries, black berries ) and tapenade. The mouth is round and silky.
Merlot 55%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Grenache 5%, Syrah 2.5% and Cinsault 2.5%.
The Cabernet Franc comes from a parcel selection, cold maceration and then traditionnal vinification. Grenache, Syrah et Cinsault come from pebbles vineyards and were traditionnally vinified.
Ideal as an aperitive and also with red meat and cheese.
Serve at 16 à 18°c. Drink within 2 years.
