Brilliant, delicate, clear yellow colour. Exuberant nose with exotic fruits, mixed with peach aromas. Full and aromatic in the mouth.
90% Sauvignon, 10% Chardonnay. Average age of vines: 20 years.
Traditional vinification. The grapes are picked when they have fully ripened. The grapes are picked at cool times of the day. The harvests are 100% destemmed.
Enjoy as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish dishes.
Serve at 8 to 10°C. Best drunk within two years.
