Brilliant, delicate, colour with hints of pomegranate. Nose with small red fruit (redcurrants). Aromatic and fresh in the mouth with notes of acidity.
Cinsault et Cabernet franc. Average age of vines: 20 years
Traditional vinification. The grapes are picked when they have fully ripened. The harvests are 100% destemmed.
Enjoy as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to grills and salads.
Serve at 8 to 10°C. Best drunk within two years.
