These "pleasure" wines are fresh and easy to drink, with very fruity expressions.
Caladoc, Carignan and Cabernet Franc. Average age of the vines: 20 years.
Traditional vinification. The grapes are picked at full maturity. Grapes picked at cool hours. The harvest is 100% destemmed.
Enjoy as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to summer dishes.
Serve at 8 to 10°C. Best drunk within two years.
