Cabernet Franc, Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Average age of the vines: 20 years.
The grapes are picked at full maturity. Traditional vinification for Merlot. Carignan and Cabernet Franc are vinified by flash relaxation for the aromatic contribution.
To be enjoyed slightly chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to traditional cuisine.
Serve at a temperature of 14 to 16°c.
