Cabernet franc, grenache, merlot et cabernet sauvignon. Average age of vines: 20 years.
Traditional vinification. The grapes are picked when they have fully ripened. The grapes are picked at cool times of the day. The harvests are 100% destemmed.
Enjoy as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to summer dishes.
Serve at 8 to 10°C. Best drunk within two years.
