Sauvignon : Pale yellow colour. Complex nose with citrus and exotic fruits (pineapple) and white-fleshed fruit (peach). Superb balance in the mouth between freshness and aromatic intensity.
100% Sauvignon . Average age of vines: 20 years.
Traditional vinification. The grapes are picked when they have fully ripened, night harvests. The harvests are 100% destemmed.
Enjoy as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to shellfish or fish.
Serve at 8 to 10°c. Best drunk within two years.
